Sales AI Agent "Aitane" Begins Beta on October 1
Aitane Inc. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Junichiro Aita) will begin offering the beta of "Aitane", an AI agent that takes on sales administration, on October 1, 2026.
This beta adds five capabilities: custom agents, custom objects, dashboards, a mobile app, and Meta AI glasses integration. They support work such as finding customer information, keeping records after meetings, and tallying sales progress, so salespeople can spend more time in conversation and proposals with customers.
Background
In the field, entering customer information, preparing for meetings, writing follow-up emails, and reporting progress take a great deal of time. On the go or in face-to-face meetings, records often cannot be captured in the moment, and entering and sharing that information after returning to the office becomes a burden.
This beta expands capabilities for configuring AI and the fields a company manages to fit its own work, and for recording meetings with a smartphone or AI glasses.
Main capabilities added in the beta
1. Custom agents: run AI according to your own process
You can set your own instructions and conditions for the AI that drafts minutes, prepares for meetings, and updates deals and tasks. With an administrator's approval, teams can automate work in a way that fits how they operate.
2. Custom objects: add the fields your company needs
In addition to companies, contacts, and deals, you can create records for information your work requires, such as agencies and contracts. Information that differs by company can be managed together in Aitane.
3. Dashboards: see sales activity by talking with AI
Ask to see this month's order amount and number of meetings, and the AI drafts charts and metrics. You can check progress against targets and results by owner, and reduce the work of tallying and reporting.
4. Mobile app: register business cards and record meetings on the go
The iOS and Android app can read and register business cards and record meetings. Transcripts and minutes are created from the recording, supporting the work of organizing information after a meeting.
5. Meta AI glasses: turn in-person meetings into minutes and follow-up
Video of an in-person meeting recorded with Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses can be brought into the Aitane mobile app to draft a transcript and minutes.

Aitane will keep improving its capabilities and ease of use based on feedback from the people who use it. We will enrich the mobile app and Meta AI glasses integration, and continue development and validation toward AI chat, LINE integration, and connections with external AI.
