You can now use Aitane from LINE and ChatGPT

Thank you for using Aitane.

Today, we released a new feature that lets you use Aitane from LINE, ChatGPT, and Claude. You can now check the customer information registered in Aitane from the tools you already use, so Aitane fits more easily into your daily sales work.

The three features we released

• Use Aitane from LINE: You can use Aitane from LINE, the app you already know. It answers your questions by looking up the data registered in Aitane, and delivers notifications such as your schedule and tasks to LINE.
• Integration with ChatGPT, Claude, and other tools (MCP): External AI tools can look up information in Aitane. Creating and updating information is planned for a future release.
• Introduced the AI core module: We introduced an AI core module and strengthened the foundation of the AI chat (Ask). It answers questions by looking up the data registered in Aitane.

Available on every plan through October 31

The three features released today, along with custom objects and custom agents, are available through October 31, 2026, regardless of your current plan. Starting in November, availability will follow your plan. We will share the details again before that begins.
