LINE integration
Linking your LINE account, and what to do when it fails

This page covers linking your LINE account to Aitane. Once linked, you can receive notifications in LINE.
The LINE integration is available on the Standard plan and above. Eligibility is checked against each member's plan, so Free members in the same workspace cannot link.
Link your account
- Open the login link delivered in LINE.
- Log in to Aitane. If you aren't logged in, you're taken to the login screen and returned automatically afterwards.
- If you belong to multiple workspaces, choose the one to link.
- When you see "Linking complete", you're done.
The linked email address is shown on screen.
Choosing what to receive
Pick which items arrive in LINE under Settings → Notifications. See Configure notifications.
When it doesn't work
| Message | Cause and fix |
|---|---|
| The link has expired | Get a fresh login link from LINE |
| Token not found | Same as above |
| Timed out | Check your network and get the link from LINE again |
| Your browser settings prevent this | Linking doesn't work in private browsing. Try a normal window |
Private browsing fails because the in-progress state can't be stored in the browser. Close the incognito window and reopen the link in a normal one.
