Reviewing billing details and changing billing cycle or seats

This page covers what you can do under Settings → Billing and Settings → Plans.
Only admins can perform billing operations.
Review billing details
Under Settings → Billing you can check:
- Billing contact and contract details
- Payment method
- Billing history and upcoming charges
Simply opening the screen never triggers a charge.
Change plans
Change plans from Settings → Plans. Plans are assigned per member, so you adjust who is on which plan right on the screen.
Changes do not take effect until you save. After dragging members between plans, don't forget to save.
Monthly and annual billing
You can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing is 20% off.
When switching from annual to monthly, the difference based on your purchased seats is shown. Review it before confirming.
If an operation won't go through
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| No active contract | Create a contract first |
| An active subscription already exists | Process it as a seat change instead |
| Another payment is in progress | Wait a moment and retry |
| This operation is not currently available | Changes to contracted content will be supported in a future update |
