Time of payment
- Please pay by the payment due date.
- For subscriptions, charges are made monthly or annually from the date of the first payment.
Mid-term termination
- If you wish to cancel a subscription, contact us by telephone or email at least one month before the cancellation.
- Mid-term termination of a service agreement may incur a termination fee depending on the contract terms.

Defective products
