Custom agents

Beta

Shape the AI around how your team works.

Review the four default agents built into Aitane and create custom agents of your own. Set the instructions, triggers, integrations and run mode, request and approve activation, and share agents with members. Running agents (Run now, chat, and automatic runs from triggers) will be rolled out in stages.

What you can do

  • Review the four default agents: minutes, pre-meeting analysis, deal create/update, and task create/run
  • Create an agent from a template (email outreach, appointment setting) or from blank, and set instructions, triggers, integrations and run mode
  • Request and approve activation, and share with members, a team or the whole workspace as view-only or editable

Custom objects

Model your data the way your business runs.

Beyond companies, contacts and deals, create objects of your own such as partners, projects or contracts, design their fields and relations, and manage their records. View them as a table or a kanban, and set permissions for the workspace, teams and members. AI auto-fill is in preparation.

What you can do

  • Create your own objects: up to 20 per workspace and 30 fields per object
  • 16 field types including text, number, currency, date, select, relation, file and formula
  • Table and kanban views, search and filters, CSV import and export, and permissions

Sales and CRM dashboards

See where sales stand, on one screen.

See revenue, meeting counts, pipeline and other sales figures on dashboards built from widgets. Switch the scope between yourself, your team and the company, change the period, and set goals to see progress and the pace you need in the banner. You can also create and edit dashboards by telling the AI what you want to see.

What you can do

  • Pick a metric, or tell the AI what you want, to add widgets: card, vertical bar, horizontal bar, table or donut
  • Switch between My, Team and Company and the period; goals show progress, gap and required pace
  • Share privately, with a team or with the whole workspace, and duplicate dashboards

Slack integration

Aitane notifications, in the Slack you already use.

Connect your Slack workspace to Aitane and receive notifications about tasks, meetings, notes, companies, contacts and deals in Slack. One Aitane workspace can connect several Slack workspaces, and each member links their own Slack account to receive notifications.

What you can do

  • An admin connects Slack workspaces (multiple workspaces are supported)
  • Each member links their own Slack account and receives notifications as direct messages
  • Choose which notifications to receive, on or off per category

    Use Aitane context such as companies, contacts, deals, and meetings to shape a document through an AI conversation. Start from the web, mobile app, or LINE, export to PDF or PowerPoint, and share a link.

  • 02Relationship graph

    Visualize connections among companies, contacts, and other records in Aitane, then follow those relationships to understand your network.

  • 03AI and automation work awaiting action

    See AI and automation work that needs your review or action in one place inside Tasks. Review the content and evidence, then send, apply, or retry.

  • 04Advanced email automation

    Use AI to draft and automatically send email, including tailored sales outreach drafts for prospects. Streamline repetitive email work and ongoing follow-up.

  • 05Automated appointment setting

    Let AI contact prospects and coordinate schedules, from proposing available times through confirming an appointment.

  • 06Stripe integration

    Connect Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, and revenue data to Aitane records. Use metrics such as MRR, ARR, and revenue in sales and CRM workflows.

  • 07Referrals

    A referral program for introducing Aitane to other companies. Create and share a referral link, and when the referred company starts a paid Aitane plan, both the referrer and the referred company receive a benefit.

  • 08More external tools from AI chat

    Add Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint to the external tools you can use from Aitane AI chat. Find and summarize data and ask for actions. Actions that change data run only after you review them.

  • 09Two-factor authentication, single sign-on, and email link sign-in

    Support for two-factor authentication with an authenticator app (TOTP), single sign-on (SSO), and signing in from a link sent by email, so you can sign in in a way that fits your company security policy and how you work.
