Start from “Create document” in chat

The Aitane web chat gains a “Create document” entry. Ask in the context of a deal, such as “create a proposal for …”, and a card summarizing the type, related record, template, and context appears so you can continue right away. Finished documents are saved as “Documents”, linked to a company, contact, or deal or kept standalone, and can be found again in the library.

• The mobile app follows the same flow for creating and viewing (after the web version is settled)
• In LINE the whole flow is a conversation, and the finished document arrives as a web link where you can preview and edit it

Templates are optional; context comes from your CRM

Pick a visual theme first (Simple, Business, Minimal, Modern, Proposal, Report) and the generated document inherits its look. You can also skip it, in which case the interview works from the content. The context picker then lets you search and select companies, deals, contacts, meetings, and files, and the referenced context is shown as chips.

• Referenced records can be added or changed later, and you can start without any context
• The template decides the look; the context provides the facts
• Registering your own documents as company templates for reuse is planned for later

An AI interview settles the goal, audience, and outline

Before generating, the AI interviews you one question at a time: the single most important value, who decides and who must agree, and what must be covered, all informed by the referenced context. Questions are not counted; progress is shown as phases: Interview → Outline → Generating → Done.

• “Start with what we have” is available at any time. You do not have to answer everything to move on to the outline
• Once there is shared understanding, a summary of the main message, audience, and outline appears
• Your answers are kept per document and reused when you later choose “Regenerate only”

Approve the outline, then generate in the background

After the interview you receive an outline with a title and subtitle for each slide. Add per-slide notes such as “include a concrete example of the Finance month-end close”, or change the structure in chat (“add a competitor comparison before pricing”), then approve with “Generate with this outline”. Generation runs in the background, continues if you move to another screen, and notifies you when it is done.

• Progress is shown step by step: loading referenced data → confirming the outline → writing slide content → assembling the HTML
• While generating, “Cancel” takes you back to the questions. If generation fails you can retry
• When the document is ready, “Open document” goes to the editor and “Go to documents” to the library

Edit the HTML document directly or ask AI to change it

Documents are generated as HTML and edited in a three-column screen: slide list, canvas, and a right panel. Select a heading, bullet list, or highlight number on the slide to change its text, size, weight, color, animation, and timing in the panel; changes are saved automatically. You can also ask for changes in plain language (“change the title of slide 4 to ‘Expected impact’”) with AI edit, and undo them.

• The “Code” tab shows the generated HTML read-only, for transparency. Edit on the “Edit” tab or with “AI edit”
• Motion is kept as HTML animation and can be checked with “Play motion”. PDF / PPTX exports become still images
• Present full screen inside Aitane and use it directly for projection

Regenerate, history, favorites, and the library

There are two ways to regenerate. “Regenerate only” keeps the interview answers, outline, and per-slide notes and rewrites only the text and layout; “Start over” redoes the interview. Afterwards the previous and latest versions are shown side by side and you choose per row which to adopt. Each document keeps a history of generation, edits, and exports, and earlier versions can be opened.

• Star documents as favorites and filter the library by them
• The library filters by related object, owner, and favorites, and supports search, renaming, and deletion
• Upload your own PDF / PPTX / HTML files to the library (non-HTML files can only be viewed and exported)

Export, sharing, and eligible plans

Finished documents download as PDF or PowerPoint (PPTX). You can also create a share link that shows the document in a browser with its motion, choosing who can view it (anyone with the link, members of your organization, or specific members) and when it expires. Direct export to Google Slides is planned for later.

• Planned for the Standard plan and above
• AI credits have two layers, Seat (personal) and Workspace (shared by the organization); when the Seat runs out, the shared pool is used. At the limit, generation stops and nothing is billed automatically (administrators purchase additional credits)
• The web version ships first; the mobile app and LINE follow once the web version is settled
