Aitane on LINE

Overview

Released in beta on October 13, 2026. This page describes what is available today. For step-by-step instructions, see LINE integration in the Help Center.

Add the Aitane LINE Official Account as a friend and link it to your Aitane account, then ask AI in the LINE chat to look up companies, contacts, deals, tasks, meetings and other information stored in Aitane. You can also receive schedule, task and other notifications in LINE. Creating or updating data from LINE is coming in a future release.

When this helps

When you want to check customer or schedule information from LINE while you are out, without opening the Aitane web app.

Add the account and link it to Aitane

Add the Aitane LINE Official Account (ID: @741zvpjv) as a friend by QR code or ID search and send a message. LINE replies with a login link that asks you to sign in to link with Aitane. Sign in to Aitane with your Google or Microsoft account from that link and linking completes; LINE then tells you which workspace you are connected to.

  • The login link is valid for 24 hours and can be used once
  • If you belong to one workspace it is linked automatically. If you belong to two or more, choose the workspace to link
  • Until you link, Integration management > LINE Integration in Aitane settings offers the add-friend link (Connect) and the QR code (Show QR code)

Ask AI from LINE

Send a text message and Aitane AI answers in text, using the data stored in Aitane. Ask about companies, contacts, deals, tasks, notes, meetings and transcripts, emails, messages and activity, as well as deal analysis, sales insights and the free slots in your own calendar. Voice messages are transcribed and treated as questions.

  • AI only looks up information you are allowed to view in Aitane
  • AI may ask a clarifying question; answer with a number or Yes / No
  • Images and files are not read
  • Creating or updating data from LINE, such as adding tasks or notes, is coming in a future release; requests to do so are not carried out today

Check and switch the connected workspace

Send "/status" in LINE to see which workspace you are connected to. Send "/switch" to get a numbered list of linked workspaces, then "/switch" followed by the number to switch.

  • To link another workspace, choose it under Linked workspace in LINE Integration in Aitane
  • To unlink, choose Disconnect from the LINE Integration menu. The card then shows Not connected, and you can link again with Reconnect
  • Blocking the Aitane LINE Official Account does not unlink it from Aitane

Receive notifications in LINE

Choose what reaches LINE in the LINE tab of Notifications in Aitane settings. Under Scheduled Notifications, set Receive daily notification (today's meetings, due tasks and related information every day), Day-before reminder, Weekly pipeline summary, Overdue tasks and Send on holidays.

  • Under Event Notifications, choose per category whether tasks, meetings, notes, companies, contacts and deals notify you in LINE

Roles and admin settings

The LINE integration is available to the Admin and Member roles. Viewer, External and Auditor roles cannot use it. Admins can turn it on or off for the whole workspace with Enable LINE integration under Workspace settings (on by default).

Availability and what comes next

Until October 31, 2026, you can use it regardless of your current plan. From November, usage will follow your plan; we will share the details before then.

  • Adding tasks and notes from LINE, and registering schedules agreed in LINE to your calendar, are coming in a future release
  • Integration with a customer organization's own LINE Official Account is planned as a separate roadmap item, "Customer LINE Official Account integration"
