Chat is the main screen

The app opens on AI chat. Switch between Ask, for questions such as “What is on today?” or “Booked revenue this month?”, and Agent, for creating emails, meetings, and tasks. Agent writes are shown as a draft card you confirm before they run, and the conversation is recorded together with the web chat.

• The sidebar (≡) stays minimal: New chat / Search / Recent / Schedule / Business cards, with Settings at the bottom
• Long-press a conversation to pin, rename, or delete it; pinned conversations stay at the top
• The composer supports mentions (@), image and file attachments, and choosing the AI model

Business cards inside chat

Capture a card from the + button or the sidebar and the recognized result appears as a card in the conversation. Register it as a contact on the spot, choose a template to send a proposal email now or at a scheduled time, and continue with the next card.

• Edit the recognized fields before registering; scanning the back side fills only the empty fields
• The dedicated screen adds batch capture (up to 10 cards at once) and email-template management, and everything syncs to the web scan history, contacts, and companies
• When you reach your plan’s monthly card limit, the screen tells you

Schedule and meeting detail

Open Schedule from the sidebar to browse meetings by year and month, from today to months ahead. Start a recording from the microphone on a row, or create a meeting with + (Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams links).

• Meeting detail has horizontally scrolling tabs: Details / Minutes / Script / Speakers / Comments / Pre-analysis
• Meetings with a video recording play it in the detail screen (with enlarged view); audio-only meetings play the audio
• Comments match the web: replies, reactions, mentions, and attachments (images, PDF, Word, Excel)

Recording and exporting minutes

Meeting recordings are audio only and keep running when you leave the screen. Stopping starts transcription and speaker separation, and the minutes, script, and speakers appear in the meeting detail when they finish.

• Pause and resume at any time; the audio stays on the device until the upload completes, so an unstable connection never loses it
• Export minutes and scripts as Markdown, HTML, PDF, or Word through the OS share sheet and send them straight to LINE or email
• Meetings that already have a video recording cannot be recorded; the microphone on that row is disabled

Onboarding and settings

Right after the first login, a four-step guide explains chat-first usage, business-card scanning from + and the sidebar, and where the schedule lives. Settings open from the bottom of the sidebar.

• Settings cover profile editing, business-card settings (shared with the web), appearance (system / light / dark), terms and privacy policy, version, logout, and account deletion
• The guide can be replayed from settings; camera, photo, and microphone permissions are requested only when first used

How it ships

The mobile app is rebuilt in React Native (Expo) for both iOS and Android. Sign in with your Aitane account (Google / Microsoft), and features are added in updates as each one passes verification.

• A feature with a defect can be hidden temporarily without waiting for store review
• Actions on mobile flow to the web. Push notifications such as pre-meeting analysis, and web-to-mobile launch links, come after the beta
• AI chat answers only draw on features already available in the app

How it works

1. Reference Aitane information and request actions through chat while on the go
2. Record meetings on your phone while offline and process them after reconnecting
3. Create minutes, prepare minutes email, and automatically add deal records

What it looks like in practice

After a customer visit, continue from the record to follow-up on your phone without returning to the office first.
